How to Update Your Payment Information
For Credit Card Users
Send an email to support@botbuilders.com including the following details:
The email address associated with your purchase
The program for which you would like to update your card information
Our team will then provide a unique, secured generated link that allows you to safely update your payment information.
For PayPal Users
On the Web:
Go to your Wallet.
Click the card you want to update.
Click the Update card and enter the new information.
On the App:
Tap Wallet.
Select the card you want to update and tap Edit.
