How It Works
ManyChat Hosting: Your chatbot is built and hosted inside ManyChat, a drag-and-drop platform with no coding required.
AI Integration: We connect your bot to OpenAI behind the scenes. This gives your chatbot powerful AI capabilities, like understanding natural language and responding more intelligently, without you needing to write any code.
Templates: BotBuilders provides ready-to-use Core and AI templates. Once installed, they give you a strong foundation that you can customize to fit your business.
Training the AI
You don’t need to “train” the AI. In fact, you can’t fully train or reprogram the AI itself. Instead, all you need to do is update the bot fields inside ManyChat with your business information — things like your company name, services, offers, and FAQs. The AI will then use that information to give accurate, business-specific responses.
To do this, simply go to: ManyChat Settings > Fields > Bot Fields
Once you’re there, you can enter your responses in the "Value" column.
